Here overnight for our early flight out of Cancun. Great location with lots of restaurants and the 'main drag' in downtown Cancun nearby, yet our room was quiet (although toward the back). You should realize that this hotel is in downtown Cancun, far from the beach, not a place many people want to be in. The staff is generally unfriendly and not helpful.
