If you are looking to save money and not a night/party person this the right place. It was to far from everything. Staff do work very hard. The bed was very comfortable. AC worked very good. Not happy about the food. I had better food at other all inclusive hotels. more

Stayed at the Blue Bay for xmas and new year i went with my partner 21 and 20 and another couple 25 and 27 ... My friends and i have decided to stay this resort, as we read the reviews on this very website. We felt that it would be safe and nice. HOWEVER. the beach is very dirty. It is OUTSIDE of cancun, so when you go there you have to find your own transportation in order to get to other areas of cancun.... more
