Never buy the package from the Cancun Travel Unlimited/Marketing 4 Sunset Group. It is the most frustrating experience of my many many travels. Overall I was pleased with this hotel. I think some of the really negative reviews come from people who expect a 5 star hotel for budget hotel pricing - and this is not a 5 star hotel and I don't think it tries to advertise itself as such. That being said - a lot of the reviews on this site... more
