If you like drunk college aged kids, loud music that frequently sounds the "F" word, less than average food, and a depleted beach (from the hurricane) then this hotel is for you! We have been to Cancun 12 times over the past 18 years. We have stayed at RUI, Iberostar, Palace Resorts, Melia. All have good and bad just as the Grand Oasis. Best was restaurant selection, no reservations, overall price. Worst was stingy room amenities, small gym, property promotes timeshare sales more than we ever seen. Overall great value.
