The service at the hotel was great ! There is a few names that i would like to mention that was outstanding! We stayed at the Royal Solaris from March 26- April 2nd. We were pleasantly surprised with the hotel ( beautiful views,clean ).We were upgraded to an ocean view room. This is a great place to stay if you're looking for an all-inclusive family vacation...which I wasn't. However, to be fair for the price (and it's not expensive) it's not a bad deal. The food is on par for family fare (pizza, chicken fingers, hot dogs etc for the kids), buffets and some specialized restaurants. I would NOT recommend this... more
