we travel to cancun twice a year and this was by far the worst experience we have ever had so much so that we checked in and OUT within hours! Where to begin- room was much smaller than advertised and smelled horrible..beds could barely hold two people..elevators didn't work so everyone had to take the service one with no a/c...lots... more

Great hotel, amazing staff, carlos at the bar was great, food was good but got a bit bored of it towards the end of our 2 week stay, pools are great, main pool was great for entertainment wether you've got kids or not.
