we have just got back from the maya caribe and I think I know why some of the reviews are great and others are not so good. the first 2 nights we stayed in their garden bunglelows and the other 8 nights in the main buildings. there realy is a big difference. in the bunglelow the bathroom has swing saloon... more

This so called hotel should be blown up. We had a great view of the sea and beech, which has broken bottels littering the beach, and un emptied rubbish bins. The rooms were disgusting. The bed seriously felt like loads of cardboard stacked together with a sheet over it. There were bugs crawling everywhere. They did have air conditioners but it leaked water all over the floor. We had the all inclusive and it really wasn't worth it. The food all tasted the same and looked the same every night.... more
