This was my 2nd trip to the Yucatan peninsula & after reading the reviews we tried to change hotels. The Carribbean Princess is definitely below standard, but what it is lacking most is management and genuine care. Dirty Nasty no where near beach no towels. stinks stinks. Stayed 1 nite went to hotels near beach next day. Brothel like hotel in back alley off lagoon no beach. more

i just love this place.i love all the staff from the kichen to the bar staff;i have never had bad holiday here and have stayed here 4 times and cant wait to go back hi to all the staff and the lovly people more

Please don't let all of the "Bad Reviews" scare you, because the scared the hell out of me! The Carribean Princess is an absolute dump!!!. The food was horrible, there were bugs in the tub, and it has a view overlooking trash and garbage. I don't know where the people that have all those positive comments stayed but it was not at the Caribbean Princess because this place is terrible.
