Pros: Near downtown Cancun bus station, near giant supermarket, the #1 bus (among other routes) runs along the street making easy access to & from hotel zone, money exchange places across the street, 7-11 nearby for late night buys, OK area to walk at night. I stayed at the Parador New Years week 2003-04. It is clean and rooms have cable tv and air conditioning. There is a small bar in the lobby which has a limited selection of food items.
