The service is none,0,& all they want is money & don't be a penny short. You can't sleep with the paper thin walls & traffic going by a highway,trucks,horns,screeching,loud music,it's the getto of Cancun,for 10 dollars more you can get a nice place and I did the next day,nice beach,wi-fi,drinks on the beach,nice people,please stay away from the horror motel!

this hotel is far from almost everything in Cancun.Closest attraction is port that take tourist to Island. Most Taxi driver do not know this place. Took me about 2:30 hrs to find the hotel (had rental car). Room is clean good size - good enough for one night stay. Receptionist was not helpful, at all.

This place is absolutely anal about money and does not care about making people who stay there, comfortable. It is next to the ferry terminal, which makes it convenient but also bit transient. Cheap though - you get what you pay for. Avoid, avoid, avoid!

This hotel is adequate for the price, it is good deal for Cancun. It is just across the street from Puerto Juarez where you can take ferry to Isla Mujeres.
