Stayed at Barcelo Costa for 2 weeks with friends and was pleasantly surprised. Much nicer than what i saw in brochure,more spacious pool area and beach than what i was expecting from the pictures. Can only say good things about this hotel! From the Beach bar to the Albetros resteraunt the food was always good. The service around the pool and in the bar area was always spot on and never had to go to the bar for drinks and ordering more than one was never a problem! This hotel is terrible, poor entertainment. The drinks dont have any alcohol in, everything is watered down to the extent that it makes you feel ill drinking it. The food was the worst thing, there was 13 of us on the holiday and every one of us was ill with food poisening for at least 3 days. They cook burgers... more

very disappointed. I don't drink much but i do enjoy the odd drink on holiday.
