We arrived on Friday at 1:00pm. We explained at the front desk that we had 3 other families arriving there that afternoon and that we wanted our 6 rooms nearby. Reuben the manager actually had the bell boy give us a tour of rooms on the 5th and 6th floor and let us pick our rooms. The pool is beautiful... more

Barcelo Costa Cancun (BCC) was a very nice place to stay. Rooms were very clean, staff was friendly and the food was good. The pool was top notch, drink service great by the pool and beach. Make sure you stay on any floor but the first!!!!! You want to be able to enjoy the view. They wanted to give us a first floor room but after we visited it we asked immediately to put us upstairs.
