Favorites: Pool, drinks, spa (best I've every visited), rooms were nice/clean/etc, staff was very friendly, everyone spoke very good english. Could be better: Not many activities, food was "ok", LARGE complex, so lots of walking if you want to go anywhere outside your room. more
I was so disappointed at the Moon Palace, stayed twice at Cozumel Palace--they know how to treat guests but the Moon Palace was so disappointing. This resort is awesome. 3 kms long, 14 restaurants, swim up bars, excellent entertainment personnel, fun night life, beautiful gardens and grounds and the friendliest staff you will ever meet. more
Stayed our first three nights at the Rtiz and moved to the Moon Palace the last three nights of our trip to join our family. This was a big mistake. The Moon Palace is a massive (3000 room complex). I absolutely loved this hotel, the food, rooms, staff and facilities were spot on! A bottle of wine was waiting for us upon arival and were greeted by friendly staff. The beach was a stones throw away from our hotel and was heaven. Fantastic place! more

Arrived mid afternoon on 10th November for 7 nights stay (must just point out here flew in from 5 night stay in Las Vegas so hotel would have to do a lot to impress). My new husband and I had a great experience at Moon Palace. From the complimentary airport shuttle to the unbelievable service, we felt pampered and welcome. We stayed in the new Moon Grand complex. It was perfect for honeymooners as it was quiet and private. The Grand has the Caribeno restaurant, one of the best. The other ones we liked... more
