Huge hotel complex, with one 5* block in the middle and 2 on the sea-side of the site. Felt a little bit 'second class' as did not have a 5* black wrist band and found we were banned from a lot of the restaurants and bars. All inclusive was only at certain "Oasis" locations. Room didn't have a simple iron, hair dryer, or alarm clock. Food at resturants were limited. Wouldn't replace food once it was finished. Table cloths were filthy with stains. Only one working elevator. Poor service. more

My friends and i stayed at this hotel and found it to be quite nice. The food was great and the rooms were very clean. the bar closed at 12pm but that did not bother my friends and i as the drinks served all day were mixed very well. the staff was helpful and educated us about their beautiful country.... more
