I enjoy traveling and have been to many a nice hotel - but not while I was at Oasis Cancun. Absolutely none of the room amenities were offered that I take for granted - drink glasses, refrigerator, hairdryer, iron, clock, ice bucket, and absolutely no coffee pot. Lots of scary reviews for this hotel. Not from me. Lobby warm/hot, because it's open air. Check in: if you book through expedia or apple vacations, you get steered to "concierge " desk for check in.
