Concur with the previous reviewer - great location, rooms a bit worn but very comfortable, helpful staff with good English and the right price. Had to spend one night in Cancun before flying out the next day. Hotel Kin Mayab was the only lodging that I did not book myself online. This is a clean, quiet, comfortable hotel very close to the downtown bus station. It is less expensive than Plaza Caribe and I liked it better. Nice pool, ice cold bottled drinking water, fridge, friendly staff that speaks pretty good English. I'm going to stay here next time I am in Cancun. more

Loved the Novotel. The staff were all very helpful and could not have done any more for us. They always had a smile on their faces and were very hospitable. Thanks to the staff for making our holiday one which we will never forget!! more
