While we were at the hotel a little girl was hospitalized with food poisoning and the hotel Management did not do anything to help the family or compensate them. The hotel management was terrible! Also, the hotel looks nice, but it leaks when it rains. They have towels all over the place to soak up the water. Avoid. more

You can stop listening to all the people on here that obviously cannot be pleased. The Gran Melia is an amazing property and an amazing value. If you can afford the Royal Service - go for it.
