We have been to several Riu hotels and this is by far the best. The staff is amazing, the hotel is perfect, the ocean is incredible... Our room was a corner suite with a wrap-around balcony. Great views. The best dining can be had at the Krystal. Everything is very tasty. The other options are very good, including the buffet.... more

How anyone can find fault with this hotel is beyond me,service,staff, food etc,all excellent.All i can say is that some people must go away to find out what they can complain about.The only fault i could find is that the entertainment side needs looking at,as for the musty smell,never experienced it once. more

Hotel: Inside a nice hotel and Location. Staff: Terrible and unfriendly. Don't say thank you after you give them tips. Front desk not very accommodating. My room wouldn't get cleaned until 5pm. Food: Terrible. Worst then any other Hotel in Mexico. Beach: No shade at the beach. more
