Upon arrival, we discovered a room with cracks and damage to the wooden door, mold and mildew in the bathroom, a broken air conditioner, and beds that felt wet from the dampness. Excellent food, friendly and courteous staff, nice beach (with a few rocks but not many waves), and all the rooms face the beach which is rare in Cancun.
