Just got back from a week at the FA cancun. This property is great. It's a timeshare, not a hotel so it feels more lived in. By this I mean you don't feel like you have to keep telling your kids to stop touching stuff in the room and lobby. Kitchen was great! Construction next door was only 50 feet from our room but hotel would not change our room, construction legally banned prior to 9:00 am since it's a resort area but workers started at 7:15 am every day of our stay, noisy generator near our room ran for several hours each night. Stayed at FAVC from Nove 6 - 13. Floor was dirty at checkin, Sheets had holes in them, Bed Spreads were worn and torn. NO HOT WATER for 5 Days. Front Desk Service poor at best.
