There are many things to complain about. Very dishonest Manager (sergio) and also rude. Dirty rooms and showers. No hot water. Expensive food. Avoid this place if you want to have good time in Maya region. We escaped after one night stay and Manager wanted tyo charge us for extra nights. There are better places and people then Papya and Sergio. more

If you like nature and good attention, this is the place you should go. It is a rustic ecologic tipe hotel, but as I said before it is the paradise. Even when it´s raining. We went in 03/2006 and I recomend you to go here. I will add photos later. more
