The location of the hotel is really close to the ruins which allows you to go in from a private entrance, and since the site opens at 8am you get to tour CI alone! “Great location, slightly dated”

We stayed for one night. The location is awesome, perfect to get into the park before the crowds arrive from cancun. We were there at 8am and done by 11.30, just as it started to get really busy. The rooms are fine but a little dated and the beds were a little soft. But nothing to be too concerned about.... More

Everyone working here was warm and welcoming, and we had a very enjoyable stay (1 night). As a bonus we were upgraded to a suite, which was just lovely. What an inappropriate and offensive comment! This venerable hotel does NOT "try to rip off" anybody. We have different rates for different rooms.... all very clearly defined everywhere we post offerings. There may have been a language barrier in an attempt to sell you an up grade. But never what you mention. More

Beautiful "resort" area with nice rooms and good pool area. Close to the pyramides and very calm and relaxing atmosphere around the hotel area. I really recommend to go to the pyramides early in the morning when it opens! Because then you have the chance to take pictures withouth tourists and get a chance to walk around all by yourself!...
