Travelled 10 and half hours on flight to get to resort. On arrival were met by pleasant staff.Room very small for what we were expecting from a 4 star hotel also found room to be very damp and had a persistent smell relating to dampness. There was mould on our bathroom ceiling and found shower to fluctuate between extremely hot... more

My husband and I traveled with another couple for a relaxing long weekend without the kids. We booked through Worryfree Vacations which was wonderful. We changed our date by one day and saved $400 on the trip. We were greeted at the front desk with a cute little welcome drink. They were very accomodating to change our room around so... more

My husband and I recently returned from our 10 year anniversary celebration - after lots of research we decided to celebrate at the Iberostar and I am so glad we did. From the moment we arrived, we were greated with a tasty drink and the staff was so attentive. We found this to be the case from the front desk... more

We had a fantastic time at the Iberostar Cozumel. It was me, my husband, and our 9 year old. The staff was fantastic!! They were always smiling and trying their best to make our stay enjoyable. One thing I noticed different from other hotels we've stayed at in Mexico is that nobody tried to sell us anything here. That was... more

My wife and I spend 3 nights over the July 4th weekend (2009) and had an absolutely wonderful time. We never felt the need to ever go into town or anywhere outside of this wonderful all-inclusive resort. The only time we left was for a 3 hour snorkel adventure that was $29/each that took us to Palancar and Columbia Reefs,... more

We just returned yesterday from a 5 day stay at the Iberostar in Cozumel. Having stayed at the Iberostar in Playa Del Carmen, we just knew the hotel would be great, but it was just amazing. The rooms are wonderful, quiet and clean. Love the way they have the rooms set up, you really don't hear anyone else. The food... more

We have been to Cozumel Palace, Occidental Grand, El Cozumelena, and Park Royal. The Iberostar ranked behind Cozumel Palace but you pay the price for the Palace. All in all for the money this is an excellent value. Pool is large, swim up bar is well staffed, beach was beautiful. We had a great time. My daughter 12 dives with... more

The property is gorgeous. A little walking though, as it's pretty spread out, so either a long walk to eat, or a long walk to the pool and beach. EXTREMELY friendly staff who know what a tourist dollar is worth. The food is a solid two and a half out of five stars, at the buffets AND the specialty restaurants.... more

I just returned home from there on June 30, 2009. I was in room 6203 and really enjoyed my trip.I found this to be a wonderful experience with me staying mostly on the resort enjoying the beach, pool, food, entertainment and meeting people from all different parts of the world while my sisters and nephew went on some outings and... more

We returned yesterday from a seven day stay at the Iberostar Cozumel. We liked it so much we did not want to leave. We had a great room location, just a few steps to both the pool and the beach. The rooms are small but nice and clean and surprisingly quiet. The air conditioning worked wonderfully and there was plenty... more
