Out of 5 trips to the Cancun/Cozumel area this resort had the best all inclusive food, service and drinks of any resort we have stayed at in the area. Last year on a cruise to Cozumel, my husband made the mistake of asking a young man at the pier how to get to the National Park. He had a way for us to get to the park for free, if we went over to the Park Royal hotel. I said I didn't want to hear a time share presentation.... more

only problem-the sheets are 50/50 polyester which is a petroleum product. It's like sleeping between two plastic tarps! not conducive to breathing, sleeping,or hot humid climates, such as Cozumel. We were sweating all night all week! YUK! more
