Casa Colonial was exactly what we were looking for! The place is perfect for a relaxing little paradise while exploring the beauty of Cozumel. Bob and Sarah are the best hosts we could ever have hope for. We met some great people and walked to dinner, shopping and the super market every day. Sarah had a nice Jeep delivered to... more

We really enjoy our stay at the Casa Colonial. Sarah and Teresa made our stay even more special by their kind and considerate ways. Their concierge service was extraordinary. The villa was extremely comfortable and met all of our needs. Now being back home, reflecting back on our vacation, we would highly recommend anyone to take this opportunity to be... more

We stayed three nights. Family of five. Nice place off the beaten path in Cozumel. Lodging itself was nice - homey. Lot's of tile, nice big kitchen table, good sized bedrooms with separate bath for each. Also half bath downstairs. Bottled water provided. The place is surrounded by large adobe wall and a keyed gate opens to a well maintained... more

My wife and I have been going to Cozumel for years. We have stayed at Casa Colonial for the last eight (8) years!! We would not be repeat guests if the place was not one of if not the best place to stay on the island. The villas are spotless; the garden is lush and well maintained; the pool and... more

Being our first trip to Cozumel, my husband and I did a lot of research about the island and where to stay. We did not want to stay at a large hotel with thousands of other people, so Casa Colonial was a perfect fit. Each villa is beautifully decorated in the colonial style, and the surrounding garden and pool are... more

This condominium is in a very run down and seedy part of Cozumel. The amenities are very basic and the locals are somewhat creepy. The hostess did not go out of her way to provide any sort of tips or information other than to take the money and go. The neighborhood dogs barked from 4:00pm until 3:00am the next morning,... more

The person who wrote the review reserved all four villas so that she could renew her wedding vows. She stayed with us before and loved Casa Colonial. That is why she wanted to come back. Several people in her party cancelled on her and in turn she cancelled two villas on us. She cancelled two villas and kept two. This...

We had the most excellent time here - Sara and Bob took care of our every need from booking a diving trip to arranging for a massage to letting us know where to eat. The villas are beautiful, spacious and super clean. They didn't miss a trick. more

We just returned from Cozumel and spent 7 nights at Casa Colonial this is a great place to stay. The villas are kept spotless, the pool is wonderful and only having to share it with people in the other 3 villas its wonderful. Christa the manager was great and was there with whatever you needed help with. The only down... more
