We came back from a week stay at the hacienda Xcanatun near Merida and we are still day dreaming about it! It is a gorgeous place with beautiful, well-maintained dependencies and spacious, luxurious rooms. Located just North of Merida in an undistinguished little town, once you drive through the gate, you are in a superb hancienda with gorgeous grounds. The rooms are large and comfortable with outdoor jacuzis. The food is the best in the area and beautifully prepared and served.
