We initially booked Hostal Faby for 3 nights then extended it to 5. Very clean rooms, each with a maximum of 4 people and very clean high standard bathrooms. We had the hostal to ourselves for the first 3 nights when we stayed in a private room with a giant bed. We then moved to a dorm for the last couple of nights and had that to ourselves again. Faby and Cesar were veryhelpful in giving us directions and answering any questions we had. the Hostal is about 10 minutes walk from the main town square. We felt very safe here and the people of Merida are all very friendly. Would reccommend this place to anyone! Cheers Faby
