To be honest, the whole experience was really quite crap: 1) front of house lady was the laziest person ever - didn't care, didn't smile, didn't wanna know. 2) the king/queen size rooms are TINY, really really tiny and the bathrooms are even TINIER! We checked out many different hotels before settling in the beautiful and clean Piedra del Agua. Everything seemed perfect: the room was gorgeous, and the bathroom huge and clean. It has a lot of charm, Internet access, the restaurant was not bad, the poolside bar with its hammocks is a nice spot to have a drink and enjoy the afternoon.... more
