During our stay I would say the resort was not even quite at 1/2 capactiy which made for a very quiet intimate time for our large group of 21 with children ranging in age from 2 - 18 year. We chose HTR because of the eco-friendly practices, their proximity to Playa Del Carmen (about 20 minutes) and the airport (45 minutes) and because of the value.
