We stayed here in a standard fan room for a week in Feb 09 & enjoyed our stay very much. This seems to be a fairly new place. The room was very clean with two double beds & a small outside sitting area with a table & two chairs overlooking the small pool & the beautiful, peaceful garden. The only problem we had was it took a long time (5 minutes or more!) to get hot water in the shower, but when it came, it was hot & lots of it. (Not many guests?) There was an in room safe for a small additional charge.

The staff do not speak much English, but they were very pleasant & friendly, especially Cecelia at the front desk.

They were not busy when we were there, so we were able to negotiate a better price than what they offer on their website. It is a bit of a walk (3 1/2 blocks) to the beach, but for us it was worth it to have a clean, quiet place for a reasonable price. (500 pesos per night)
