Check in was a little confusing. The people at the front desk acted like they had never checked in two people with the same last names. They just mixed up our paperwork. That worked out ok. After a lot of research we decided on Sandos Playacar Beach Resort. Our stay was June 24-June 30. The beach was a deciding factor for choosing this resort and we were not dissapointed. Attended this hotel with Children and the kids absolutely loved it! They loved riding the golf carts to and from our state room to the main hotel!
