Do not stay here!!! We were told by the Molcas that the hotel was repaired after the hurricane and was fully operational except for the restaurant. We needed a hotel for one night only. Central location was important. The pluses: air conditioning worked well, they had a small refrigerator, the bathroom was clean and the water pressure in the shower was fine. My friend and I wanted a budget friendly vacation. Hotel Molcas was perfect. The price was great, staff was friendly and it was right next to the beach, main strip and ferry dock! I loved it and would definitely stay there again! more

We've stayed at the Molcas on many occasions with groups we bring to the area. It used to be a great place, but is apparently under new management. Last time we stayed they shorted us a room. We have stayed at the Molcas on many occasions. Nice and clean with nice pool and restaurant. Closest hotel to the ferry over to Cozumel, I believe. We'll stay again! more

Stayed there for 2 nights this spring before heading to Cozumel. Found to rooms to be very clean and the staff was very nice. The location was great , it being near the ferry dock and near town. more
