We just stayed in a deluxe room, great spot, excellent location, pool area very nice although we never used it. Only 2 really really minor things. You do hear the noise from the nightclub right next door as it goes till 6AM but it never really disturbed our sleep. The 2nd would be the beds, I like a firm matress... more

The place looks good- that's about it. A construction site across the street continued working until 11pm. Then, both nights, guests were partying outside and the noise bounces all over the hotel. I tried to leave and get my money back, but the management would not let me. I would never stay there again. more

We changed 3 times before the get a acceptable room but noisy on the 5th street. ( the noisiest strret of playa del carmen ) Really bad and very noisy airconditionning on the room on 212.
