“Relax...it is paradise!”

We just returned from a fantastic week at the Reef! We booked an upgraded premium room...which was on the third floor facing out. Room: basic, clean, fridge restocked daily, quiet but no view (i would choose quiet over view anyway!) Staff: Willy was the first staff we encountered....priceless! “Nice Holiday”

We stayed at the Reef last two weeks of April, we really enjoyed our stay, everything was very clean, the room was nice, bed was lovely and comfortable, towels changed daily. Arrived around 2:30 PM as our plane out of Atlanta was diverted in to Orlando, Florida as there was a problem with the auto pilot mechanism. “Nothing bad!”

I guess if I had to say something bad ...our refrigerator was only stocked the first day! Nice hotel, rooms were clean, food was good,everyone was friendly, drinks were good, the grounds were very nice, they had very good ice cream in the afternoons. We walked to 5th Avenue twice.

“Fantastic hotel on the white beach”

Cannot say enough ,this hotel is a must to stay in.rooms were very clean ,clean towels every day ,beautiful setting right on the beach great safe pools staff were wonderfully friendly stayed only 3nights as we were touring Mexico ...Go For It

Its a small resort 200 rooms but by being small you get excellent service from all their employees. No waiting for food or drinks.All the employees have smiles and are friendly.
