from start to finish, this was an excellent holiday. stepping off the plane, transfers, check-in, staff service, room, food, trips, entertainment....all amazing. The staff couldnt do enough for us. You wont be let down if you go to this hotel/resort...we loved it. Theres plenty to do or just relax on the beautiful beach..its a dream. more

Just a few tips: Don`t miss: the AI - great; Xel-há (the most amazing water palce I`ve ever been); Mariachis; a walk along the beach at night; the hotel shows at night ; Chichén-Itza and Tequilla Bum-bum. A dive... Don`t go for ... missing mexico! I´ll be back, for the 3rd time!!! more
