We were updated to a Pool Side Room. Our room and balcony had a FEW SHORT STAIRS into the POOL! The Room was Beautiful and Large. We had a very Private Pool shared among many rooms .... but quaint. If you like the SUN, then ask to stay on the RIVIERA SIDE of the Resort...NOT the "SUNSET SIDE".... I wouldn't... more

This was our first trip and we found the Grand Sunset Princess amazing!! Like most the reveiws say it was 10-15 minute walks from Beach to Lobby but it was the best 15 minute walk ever, place was so clean and beautiful!! We had the deluxe junior suit with pool access room. It took 10 mins to walk to our room and when we got there, they've given us one king bed (we requested 2 beds), so we called the front desk and ask to be switch, which they said they will call us back in 15 mins as they need to... more

The hotel was great, the staff was great. The only problem is that when it rains all the hallways are wet and the tarantulas come out to play. more
