The 'garden' rooms do not have a view and are 'underneath' the sea front rooms, but there is no noise transfer between the rooms. My wife and I really enjoyed Mezzanine, but it was quite expensive compared to some of the other locations on the beach. I'm writing this after reading some people people's reviews that seem odd to me. We spent a full week at Mezzanine in February and enjoyed our stay thoroughly. My husband and I stayed at the Mezzanine for our honeymoon last July. We had the most fantastic stay - the hotel is IN a nature reserve and therefore has to be environmentaly friendly which is important to us. This was a superior 'boutique' hotel on a beautiful stretch of beach. The food was just excellent, and the staff couldn't do enough for you.
