Basically a converted barn. No reception. Room small ,shower dreadfull. TV 20' .No papers available. Smells of kitchen permeate the whole building including bedroom. Dinner - food ok but service by numbers at best. Unable to cancel and go to a decent hotel becaue of restrictive cancellation policy. Def would not recomend. more

Welcoming, relaxing, lovely decor, thoughtful details for guests, great food delicious flavours. Accommodating and friendly staff, no pets roaming around, clean and inviting. Wished we had booked to stay longer a great base to explore and loads to do nearby, would love to go back and stay there again would reccommend to anyone. more

We stayed here for two nights 19th & 20th July 2009. Our booking was late and we didn't get a great room as a result. Our view was over the kitchen yard and the cottages beyond. The twin beds were tiny but acceptable. The bathroom adequate except for a pathetic shower with little or no pressure. You could get wet... more

A lovely hotel with wonderful service. Very on the ball! Rooms clean and spacious. Travelled with retired parents our own teenagers (2) brother-in-law,wife two 5 yr olds and ourselves. We were welcomed and treated really politely. Thank you. more
