It was very cold and the little gas heaters just don't keep you warm. Go to the gathering area in the dining room and get warm by the fire. Food was good. Pool was cold and jacuzzi didn't work. No wifi at all the 3 days I was there. Tram and zip line are very close by. Hiking available.

Everybody made us feel so welcome. The food was very nice althou' it was just presented to us I was impressed with the quality and quantity. Thats not an Hotel, it is more like an hostel or guest house. Is managed by a family that can be likable, not soo much, but has no professionalism.
