I had the WORST experience at this hotel! To begin with, we arrived late at night only to find that the receptionist did not speak any English. There was no record of my online payment and the receptionist wanted us to leave an open voucher, an issue we agreed to settle the next morning. The bellhop stated his price, instead... more
