The entire team of staff was warm and gracious including the driver who picked us up at airport, the reception staff, the concierge staff, the waiters in bars and restaurants, the housekeepers, and especially Gustavo, who brought us fresh coffee and flowers each day. We traveled to San Miguel as an end of the summer family get away. We saw this as a great alternative to just another beach resort. The hotel is perfectly situated to enjoy the town and surrounding sights. We stayed for 5 nights - perfect for us but perhaps a day or two too long for teenagers. more
