The hotel is located about a mile (1.5km) west of Dombås (and not in Hamar whre it is currently listed as being located - Differnet county and a hundred miles or so further north).

The front desk was staffed by friendly and helpful people and we had absolutely no trouble despite arriving late at night without a prior booking. Our room was on the 1st floor and overlooking the areas behind the main building. The room was pretty small with two separate single beds pushed togehter to make a "double" bed as is quite common in many Norwegina hotels. Once we had dragged our suitcases up the stairs (I guess there should be a lift somewhere, but didn't see it) and into the room there wasn't much room to manouvre around the bed.

The room had a desk and a TV which showed a small selection of local and foreign channels.

The bathroom can only be described as pretty basic. But just as the room itself it was clean and everythign in working order. But that is... more
