First off, remember that everything in Cabo is negotiable. They wanted $70 a day per person for all inclusive, their lowest offer to us was $45, we still declined. They were doing construction on the upper pool, however it didn't impact our visit; there are still 3 other pools to choose from. Ocassionally heard construction noise in the area by the beach, but it wasn't terrible. They just laid new stonework and it's beautiful. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. This place is a mess exchanged through INTERVAL They NEVER told any one in our group the place is under major construction Half the pool is closed , walk ways torn up almost broke my neck , no gym, have to use all facilites next door. Rooms are old and stinky more
