Stayed here in 1999. If you are in Cabo to party or to see the sites, THIS is a great place to stay!! Right downtown, steps from great bars and food and has a market right next to it. View is pretty much non-existent, but if you don't want to sit in your room/hotel and go out into Cabo a lot, this is the perfect spot. No beach access or swimming pool, so if you are looking for a place to relax and lounge around, this is not your place. Rates are VERY good and the room is like an apartment (If I remember right, it was like $50 US a night). Had silverware, plates and full kitchen. Close to dive centers and fishing. I would definitely stay here again, but not with kids. Perfect for college kids in Cabo to party, as it is stumbling distance from Squid Roe, Senor Frog's, and most of the rest of the part spots.
