I just came back from this resort , it was excellent...very very clean and excellent customer service. The view was amazing...better than many hotels in Cancun ....now for food was ok for breakfast, lunch and dinner were better. Next time I will try Riu Palace. Good job done Riu Santa Fe staff. We stayed at the Riu Santa Fe the first week in October 2009 and loved the resort. The two pools we're amazing. In August, we spent 4 nights at the Riu Santa Fe. The resort was beautiful. Very clean and well maintained. We stayed in building 7. We had an ocean view room with a great view of the Arch. What a great time to go to Cabo San Lucas. The Riu Sante Fe is a fairly new property that was about 40% capacity. Room was wonderful and stocked with bottle water, soda's, beer and liquor dispensers. Bring your own hand lotion, not provided. Plenty of lounge chairs and umbrella's around the pool area, but no umbrella's on the beach.... more

This hotel was ok, nothing fancy. There were no elevaters in the building where the actual hotel rooms were. We were stuck on the third floor. The restraunts were just ok. Mostly buffets.
