My husband and I just returned from spending one week at Las Mananitas. This was our fifth trip to Cabo, but the first time staying at a condo. Previously we have stayed at some of the most highly regarded/rated resorts in the area and I was concerned about how we would enjoy Las Mananitas. Well, it was lovely and there... More

We had a group of 11 who traveled during Thanksgiving to celebrate a birthday for a week. We were able to stay in two units of Las Mananitas, one 3 bedroom & one 2 bedroom. Both units had all the comforts of home, were well cared for and in a great location. This is not the place to stay if... More

This is our 3rd time staying at the Las Mananitas. It is so quiet in the summer..... you have the whole place pretty much to yourself. The 2200 sq ft ~ 2 bedroom~ 2 bathroom suite boasts a huge Plasma TV with the best selection of Channels ~ A Modern kitchen with all stainless steal appliances. There's a King size... More

First of all, if you are looking for all-inclusive, this is not the place for you, as there is no restaurant or bar service on the premises. We have stayed at many places throughout Mexico, but none of them have been as beautiful as Las Mananitas. We stayed in a 3-bedroom (3503) that had incredible views from every room.....miss it... We recently stayed at Las Mananitas room 107 which was located on the ground floor. We were traveling with our three teens and one extra. We had plenty of room in this condo. Condo was very nice, three bedrooms. Beds alittle hard but not so bad you couldn't sleep. Upon arrival at condo we had beer and pop in fridge... More

I stayed at Las Mananitas with a group of friends in August 2009, and it was fantastic. Because it was the low season we had the place almost all to ourselves. The condo was beautiful and was in great condition. We rented through a private owner and not through the management company, but the staff at the front desk and... More

My husband and I had an opportunity to stay at the Las Mananitas in July '09. We got a terrific rate on the 1900 sq ft condo. Our room , #302 , was tastefully decorated with new furniture and new stainless steal appliances. We had a wonderful view of the ocean making our morning coffee so peaceful. The grounds and... More

We took our 3 daughters to Cabo for Spring Break week. We had sought the advise of friends who own property in the area and recommended Las Mananitas. We were quite pleased with the ease of the reservations and helpfulness of the staff in booking a last minute trip. We were very comfortable and happy in a large 2 BR,... More

Do Not Stay in Unit B-5. First, let me state you are reading a review from a non-owner of a time share here. The physical plant of the property is fine by Mexican standards. Local staff is pleasant and helpful--stay away from US staff as they are self-important and unhelpful. However, what you need to understand before booking: 1) The... More
