I have been trying for 3 months to get a refund of a cancelled trip which was to take place during the swine flu episode all I've gotten from them is the run around. Do not try to book a vacation here unless you expect to lose your money. more

Just returned from 7 days at Royal Solaris. We traveled with members of RCI so we received some special treatments like a free excursion and the members only Carribbean night gala. We did go to the timeshare pitch to get another free excursion. They are offering some great incentives on price but we didn't feel the resort was nice enough... more

Beware of the time share sharks at the airport. Club Solaris travel says to walk outside and look for the guy holding the Hotel Solaris sign in a yellow shirt and green pants.
