I went to Puebla without any hotel reservations. I was greeted at the door, doorman was very helpful. The concierge showed me a couple rooms to pre-approve before i selected. The room was clean, neat, tidy. bed was comfortable. There was no A/C but the airflow was sufficient during my stay. room service was prompt, courteous. the hotel is walking... more
