My family and I went to stay there a couple of times already, and it is really good because the customer service and attention are great. The gym is open 24/7 with no extra charge, the bell boy was very kind and in the restaurant also everything was great, delicious food and nice service even with having the restaurant full. more

We had a great visit to this property. While the location is a bit out of the center of Puebla, the hotel was beautiful, our room excellent, and the service was great. Most of the staff spoke some English. Overall, we would definitely go back to the property. more

Rooms clean and comfy. All front desk personnel spoke English and are very friendly. The restaurant offered a buffet as well as delicious entrees- reasonably priced, There is a bar adjacent to the restaurant, and a some nice shops inside the lobby itself. Same time, this year. We stayed at this same hotel on our way home from visiting other parts of Mexico. What we like about it: Easy access to the carretera (we were traveling through Puebla, not staying to look around). The service, as last year, was excellent. The rooms are spacious and clean. We stay in this wonderful hotel on Oct.28 2003.It was a terrific experience...since the service of the staff at the front desk to the restaurant.Very helpful staff, well educated.After a horrible experience in a hotel in Cuernavaca, this one was a paradise for us.I feel to recomend this hotel for business trip or for a vacation trip. more
