My hubby, kids and parents spent 2 nights here. It's about 15 minutes from the town center. Puebla is charming and has a great center tour I recommend. The hotel is nice, has free parking and internet access. The pool is warm and there are plenty of towels. I got a rate of $73 per night directly from hotel website.... more

I had a very nice room. The breakfest was excellent. The front desk was very friendly and helpful. I prepaid for my room on the Holiday Inn website which was less than half of the normal rate. more

Stayed four nights. Room was very nice and clean - hotel was built in 2003. Located next to Holiday Inn Crowne Plaza and walking distance to the financial district. The breakfast is very substantial for a H.I.Express, but WiFi is $10 per day. Puebla is a city of over 1 million but with a small town atmosphere, great for touristing. more

Very clean and nice. Excellent Service. We stayed here two days. There is no resturant but they have continental breakfast at the hotel. The secure parking and a wonderful resturant is next door at the Crowne Plaza hotel. We highly recommend this hotel. more
